5. Orders

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

7. Fresh Produce

Many of our vegetables are harvested on the day of delivery whenever possible.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are perishable items and should be stored appropriately immediately after delivery.

We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for packing or dispatch.

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within the applicable banking timelines.

9. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fruits and vegetables, returns are generally not accepted.

If you receive any of the following:

• Damaged products.
• Spoiled products.
• Incorrect items.
• Missing items.

Please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the affected products.

After verification, we may provide:

• Store credit.
• Partial refund.
• Full refund.

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation unless Cash on Delivery (COD) is available and selected.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
