1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to selected locations in and around Hyderabad, Telangana.

Delivery availability depends on your PIN code. Customers can verify serviceability by entering their delivery address or PIN code during checkout.

We are continuously expanding our delivery network to serve additional locations.

2. Order Processing

• Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation (or order confirmation for Cash on Delivery, where available).
• Most orders are packed on the same day.
• Many of our leafy vegetables and farm-grown produce are harvested on the day of dispatch whenever possible.
• Orders placed after the daily cut-off time may be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Schedule

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery time displayed during checkout.

While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Traffic congestion
• Vehicle breakdowns
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• Other unforeseen events

If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided with your order.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if:

• The customer is unavailable after reasonable delivery attempts.
• The delivery address or contact information is incorrect or incomplete.
• The customer refuses to accept the order without a valid reason.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, re-delivery may not always be possible, and refunds may not be applicable in such cases.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged products, spoiled produce, missing items, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Photographs of the affected products
• A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
